Karen Provart, LCPC
Karen Provart is a sexual abuse therapist in the Springfield office. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Studies and Counseling from McKendree College in 2002 and her Master of Arts in Counseling from Lincoln Christian Seminary in 2005. She became a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in 2012. Karen has two published papers by the Illinois Counseling Association. One that focuses on treatment of depression and one that focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder. Karen has experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and issues related to trauma.
