Neelma Zafar, LCSW, EMDR certified

Neelma Zafar received her Medical Degree in Pakistan and worked in Pediatrics. After moving to the United States, Neelma stayed home with her kids while they were young. As they grew a little older, Neelma returned to school to pursue her MSW from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. Through my volunterring at Daily Bread Soup Kitchen and a free clinic, Neelma became interested in mental health and believed in the connection between mental and physical health. Neelma's past work in the Pediatric field and her interest in mental health led her to complete her internship with ABC Counseling.  Neelma was hired upon graduation.
