Eun Song Choi

Eun Song Choi serves as the Vice President of Human Resources - Total Reward at a financial institution, where she leverages over 25 years of strategic and innovative HR leadership experience. Known for her comprehensive expertise, Eun Song has successfully led various human resources domains, including talent acquisition, management and development, employee engagement, succession planning, organizational design, and total rewards.

Eun Song holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Temple University. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management and holds both the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designations.

Eun Song is based in Chicago, where she enjoys life with her husband and three children.
