ABC Counseling Services is seeking to fill a position (part time, part-time with option to transition to full time when caseload is built, or full time) available in Springfield, Normal, and Savoy, IL, competitive salary and benefits.

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field required.
• 1 Year clinical experience preferred.
• Preference given to LCPC or LCSW and 1-2 years experience.
• Ability to work with a variety of children with behaviors including depression, anxiety as well as potential abuse; important to understand the value of social emotional development.

Clients range in age from 5-18 years old. Therapist will conduct evaluations and treatment, facilitate small groups, interact with other social service agencies and work with families. Excellent writing skills, familiarity with Medicaid, ability to network in the community all important.
