Jesse Williams completed her undergraduate degree in Sociology from Illinois State University. She comes to the Agency with a background working in substance abuse treatment and community mental health services. Two of her biological siblings were adopted and she is currently a licensed foster parent. Jesse appreciates having the opportunity to guide and empower birth parents who want to make an adoption plan. She enjoys getting to know prospective adoptive families while helping them navigate their own adoption journey.
