Kassidy a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Illinois University. She has dedicated her career to supporting children and families as they navigate the complexities of mental health and trauma. She is a person-centered therapist, and she strives to create a warm, welcoming, and safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their journey. She uses Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), play therapy techniques and creative expression activities to help clients achieve their desired goals. Through therapy, she hopes to help individuals feel empowered and build resilience that will translate to all aspects of life.
