Nicole Richmond, QMHP

Nicole Richmond is originally from Peoria. She spent 11 years in Springfield, IL going to school for her bachelor's degree in psychology with a clinical mental health focus. She then stayed at UIS to do her master's in human development counseling. Now, proudly licensed as a LPC she is looking forward to getting her LCPC within the next few years. Nicole has some experience as a social worker and has worked in an inpatient mental health facility for children. During her Master's internship she worked with both adults and children. She enjoys vegan and gluten free baking, singing, and going on nature hikes. Nicole utilizes both a family systems and holistic approach to therapy, believing that it takes a village to heal a child.
